Baptisms and Transfers

Hi mom!!

First, thank you for the prayers, I really feel so much help from Heavenly Father. Second, I have great news! Last week I told you we had our investigator, Cai JM, changed her baptism date to August. Well, on Thursday morning we received a text message from her saying that she wanted to get baptized that Saturday. Sister Thomas and I started crying and laughing and crying, and then we called a bunch of people and set up interviews and then on Saturday Cai JM was baptized!! Oh man, it was so amazing! She is so so so so great! She has so much faith. It was funny, the first thing she said when we saw her was, hey I came! haha. It's also amazing because that night she called her work (she just barely got a new job) and asked if she could switch her shift for Sunday morning so that she could get confirmed at church, and her boss told her she can have every Sunday morning off so that she can come to church!! What a miracle!! Heavenly Father is so ready and willing to bless His children when they do what is right. Wow.

So that was pretty much the highlight of the week. Today was move call, Sister Thomas will be flying back to America tomorrow. So weird! I felt like I needed to go with her, but I'm glad I'm not because there is still so much to do and so much to learn. I just got here! haha. And another HAPPY thing is that when we went to the mission home to meet my new companion I got to see Sister Anderson for the first time since we got here to Taiwan! It was such a happy reunion, we hugged for like, 5 min haha. I love her SO MUCH!

Aaannd. My new companion is SO cute! She is from Hualien Taiwan! So yeah, I have a Taiwanese companion! She is adorable and everyone says that she is just amazing so I'm really really excited. Her English is like, perfect but we decided to mostly speak in Chinese, so hopefully my Chinese will improve a lot in this next move call.
